They follow us on walks and often eating berries and out in street without shoes.Then he now has his girlfriend coming over with her 2 kids who are loud about 1-2 nights and also during day.He lives below in my daylight basement so when the kids are there it is loud and my kids cannot get to sleep.Then I now work from home part of the time so his girlfriend's kids are there and crying and screaming and it is just a lot.I said he could have a guest once a week max 4 nights per week but I did not count on kids too and having her stay when he is not even there.Help!

Eventually you think you would run out of guys in town willing to get yelled and screamed at all day at work though.In the three or four episodes they have aired so far, every single home has sold at the open house.

Easy if there are bullet holes,yellow tape across properties,chalk outlines all over and people screaming than it's a war zone.You might want to check with local police and get a neighborhood crime report and check the statistics on the crime rate in the target property area.

Funny thing was that 99 times out of a 100, it didn't make a difference, they just wanted to scream their frustration at me without regard to the fact that my time isn't free.

Pretty much everything that screams "I need help" or "I'm in over my head".

As a side note, I have Never seen out of state investors do well at our auctions here....many times they don't understand what they really have acquired, and the local bidders don't just let screaming deals pass them by.  

Definitely go to the auction and check it out, but don't expect to find any screaming deals there. 

Now not the screaming deals of 2012 and 2013 but still good value. 

@Kate Beletskaya in my experience replacement cost is often higher than market price, at least in smaller markets.

Can you feel a vibration of thumping base or screams from an action movie?
