The ones that stayed in business were those that changed their strategy and adapted to market changes.

The process of goal setting, taking action, holding yourself accountable, adapting to the market, achieving goals, and setting new goals is unbelievable.  

I'm thinking I need to adapt my style a bit to try to take advantage of the large percentage of investors I'm talking to.

Fortunately I was able to adapt and am still in business...although it's not as easy as it was in 2008.

A property is improved whenever it undergoes a betterment, adaptation or restoration.

We miss the one on one with every client and have been adapting new systems and hiring new people to improve but this is still an area of focus.

I would first ask for a new AC, cash at closing for one or something along those lines.The warranty isn't a bad way to go either, just be aware that they don't always replace the whole unit, just the broken parts, and you will have extra fee's associated with what ever they install including haul away, adapters, extra parts, new coolant etc.

I think that being a REALTOR will continue to be a great career choice for those who are coachable, willing to work hard, and adaptable to change.

Kill the two bedroom as the lead and emphasize "open floor plan", the adaptability of the space (here is where you can mention it can function as a two bed) and light and views.
