I would love to explore renting to grad students...seems the right group of students that are  still dependent enough on mom/dad that they may be right for premium rents, but on a professional track that might help keep their feet on the ground when it comes to get together and whatnot.

It's likely your attorney was suggesting you not accept cash as to make sure you have a paper trail and what not.

There are also a bunch of updates on how they want the information filled out, what to do, what not to do, etc...

Gotta raise that rent, even though such raises are no fun when the tenant inevitably calls all upset and what not.

Because your trying to brand yourself a "Guru", get to selling packages and what-not, so you gotta-be-right especially when wrong.

I found a little store front for sale and have worked out a deal to trade the owner a old utility truck I have and a $1000 I have all ways use attourneys and had title insurance and what not but his atorney is saying that it will cost him 3k in crap so he is balking, I could be wrong but wouldnt just going to the county recorders office and filling out a quit claim deed make me the new owner?

Maybe you save up some of the money to start funding wholesale deals and whatnot.

Each person is different and is going to be comfortable with varying levels of debt and risk and what not.
