As unrealistic as it may sound but I want to to make at least 60k on each deal.That said, I know the costs of flipping the quality and age of homes will be exorbitant , but so too should the reward. 

Without a clear path, your goal will never be realized.Big and attainable goals will get investors much further than shooting for $100 million by counting on unrealistic and uninterrupted annual market appreciation and 20-25% compounded returns for decades.It is always more rewarding to keep adding to your big goals once they have been reached than to have to continue to scale back from your initial unrealistic goal.There is something to be said about the feeling of exceeding expectations.That being said, if anyone has done this mystical $100 million gain--please share with me and the rest of the BP audience.

Some are unrealistic for market conditions, others want to fight the process getting docs back to me, others want to buy too low a price point,etc.

Sorry but it’s more unrealistic to tell the average person to spend their life savings on a second job they know nothing about when their track record shows they didn’t care to learn about investing in stocks as a second job, which is the easier of the two.Most people disagreeing with you here are not disagreeing with you in full, just saying do both but don’t do REI first it’s too risky and illiquid and the costs and barriers to entry are too large for most beginners.

To you, and maybe to others, that number may be unrealistic, and I accept that.
