I would think, if you would feel more comfy using your realtor in this deal, but still want a good deal and not pay that good deal upfront to your realtor...then ask him to take his commission over a 6 or 12 month span.

All you would have to do is either ramp the floor where the hallway currently is, although 2 feet in a short span like that is quite a ramp.

WHY would I do that when I can close a transaction in that same span of time with a client that pays 80k to 100k??

There is no excuse for being unreachable over the span of several months.  

The service is the responsiveness and the time span of the transaction from cradle to grave.If the product is the same, then you have one choice left.

Is a small pickup over a record low that spans decades good news?

My buddy had a Suburban and it cost about $35K in repairs and maintenance alone (his father kept detailed records) in a span of about 7 years.

Craigslist = 98 posts over the span of a few months, so half of them are outdated.Kijiji = 1316 posts on a daily basis. 

I find it hard to read everyword of business books as I don't have the attention span..

Not to mention shorten your life span and the amount of time you can put it?
