In the Gloucester and Camden county area we have meetups that @Justin Eaton spearheads each month with various speakers and learning opportunities.

Each time there is a different speaker.

This is how 'gurus' and speakers make their living, knowing that 90+% will never pull the trigger.

Key here is that their language skills have to be great so would need a native English speaker. 

There are about 20-40 investors who go to this monthly meeting and we listen to speakers about different real estate topics, and have a chance to network with other investors as well.  

We have a blend of networking and education and bring in local speakers to discuss strategies and tips.My question is, how do I increase the attendance? 

There are awesome speakers that come talk on different topics to help grow and educate you in your real estate ventures.We'd love for you and your wife to come hang out and meet the other investors in town.

There was one held last night, great speakers and lots of people to network with.

As a speaker myself, and someone who runs monthly meet up groups out of my building in Mesa, Arizona, and with a current portfolio of only 180 units, including six small mobile home parks, a commercial building, around 30 single-family homes, and a handful of short-term rentals, both in Arizona and also in Costa Rica, I’m only sharing things from my own experience.
