If someone knew my their votes had a greater influence, they may withhold a vote for a comment that they felt did not warrant that much weight, but still was a positive comment worthy of something....it also could skew the influence of favorite folks.I know of another system that grades on a scale of A, B, C, D and F that assigns positive and negative values, but does not reveal who voted.

While that's a lot of money, it is less than many of the gurus charge people for promising to reveal a "SECRET" that doesn't exist.Move on (and do a lot more due diligence before investing any more money).Good Luck,Mike

Glen, Request a copy of the condo docs from the association BEFORE you submit an offer to buy and read the sections involving investor owners, tenants and absentee owners.Also, you may want to get an attorney involved because I have learned that doing a title search does not reveal Association maintenance fees.

It really depends on the type of property and what kind of toxicity the tests revealed.
