Hello,I am looking for a contractor who specializes in refinishing wood flooring in the Las Vegas area, for a flip I am working on.

There's really no immediate repairs that's needed except for upgraded appliances, a little paint and floor refinishing.

Or that they refinish their own floors?

I pay the bills by painting/drywalling/installing and refinishing hardwood floors.

Scope of work is…Move a couple bearing wallsHang 1/4" drywall on all remaining wallsUpdate all bathrooms (4) and kitchens (3)All new electricalForced air through out the house (3 flat, 5500 sq. ft.)New RoofWasher/Dryer in each unit (hook ups needed)Refinish hardwood FloorsThat's most of it.

Refinish hardwood floors on first and second level. 5.

There was one minor water damage repair ($2400), and now we are finishing up cosmetic updates (paint, refinishing hardwood, laminate countertops, etc).

Some flooring sanding and refinish and minor roof repairs.

Unfortunately, this is one I don't have the before photos for but we did new windows, garage doors, fencing, refinished the hardwoods throughout, completely updated the kitchen and both full bathrooms, all new doors and millwork, all new fixtures, new carpet, new furnace & water heater, and the list goes on.

Cosmetic updates to kitchens, bathrooms...paint the walls, refinish or install new floors.  30 day - 40 day project.  2.5 month timeline from close to close.
