After fixTo solve the issue, I ended up doing a french drain at the footing and waterproofed with special paint and plastic on the outside of the home.

In addition they were supposed to vacate the property at the end of the lease on 30-Sep and as of Fri 2-Oct the REI Nation team has not been able to confirm the tenant has vacated. 

If the person died at the hospital the only thing that you may have to disclose is that someone was injured in the house , how they were injured , gun , knife , bat , frying pan doesnt matter
