I have registered for this webinar because it sounds like a great way to fast-track my knowledge of rental investments, and it just so happens that I have separately been learning about SMART goals in a separate project management course I am taking through Udemy.I recently joined BiggerPockets because I found that most of my real estate-related web searches eventually led me back to this site.

In order to streamline and centralize communication, I am hoping to create a web domain and emails for us to use. 

While I did not suffer loss, I found them difficult to work with: the web interface was kludgy, document requirements were presented in piecemeal fashion, and documents sent over their “secure” connection were lost, leading to delay.

Any help on where to look for the best deals, or who to get in contact with for the options that get picked up before they hit the web?

Instead of showing total expenses of $990, I'm still showing expenses of $1,000, which is not an accurate representation of my expenses, even though the P&L DOES balance.I searched the Web and found that it is possible to assign the bank deposit to Accounts Payable (instead of COGS).

And the Asian purchasers will search on web pages about news articles about the property too, so if the deaths were in the news, they may find out even if you do not disclose.

I’ve searched the web and forums here without luck so here are my questions:1.

I may be able to learn some things from searching the web, but I think to your point, there is a reason why so much time (for a CPA) is dedicated to this area and why it would make sense for us to go this route.I will continue to self-educate, just because do not want to be completely in the dark, albeit we'll seek out professional assistance.Thanks again everyone for all your assistance!

I was missing the right terminology for my web searches -- I think "TOT tax" was what did it.Looks like it'll still require a call to the county/city offices for specifics, but at least I have some direction.Thanks again!
