You have to put in the work to ensure your asset is generating maximum revenue, and costing you the least amount in repair costs.

The one sponsor that I did walk away from is Aaron Meriman of LMDG (.net) I didn't actually lose any money on this investment, in fact, it generated a small return.

Thanks, JohnWell, congratulations on procuring this lead, but…..perhaps you should have obtained a little more knowledge before sending out the postcards?  

There's a lot of ways to lose on 2nds but there is also a lot of ways to generate solid returns and higher interest yields with this strategy.
