Right now my roster reads something like thisHow to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie (I very highly recommend it; its spectacular)The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod (heard about it on the BP podcast)The Classical Liberal Arts of Trivium, an anthology compiled by John MartineauRich Dad, Poor Dad (again) by Robert KiyosakiThe Book on Investing with No (and Low) Money Down by Brandon Turner.This is a little bit more than I usually tackle at once; I like to keep my reading more focused, but all of these books are very interesting and most are pretty easy to read. 

Recently,  we tackled a deal where we got tons of information during our 1.5 walkthrough. 

This is the biggest project we've ever tackled and a lot is riding on it.

It was suggested to me by the brilliant @Mindy Jensen to tackle the landscaping/common areas first, then rehab units as they become empty (from tenants vacating or being removed).

Should I sit back for 6 months or so and then tackle my next property?

I now can tackle 2 jobs being open at the same time while I am working my day gig.

So i am aligning my relationships with these groups to pick up properties they may not want to tackle but they will take the quick wholesale fee.
