I think that people should feel a reason to believe in someone , rather than voting for someone just because you THINK you don't like the other guy based on often outdated cliches ..the whole "bleeding heart liberal" label that gets stamped on every single democrat by the Republicans for example.

well, take heart in knowing that if you buy at the right price, you can always make deals. she may be right that perhaps in your area sellers are being stubborn and aren't motivated enough to make the numbers work (they won't sell cheaply enough to leave a healthy profit margin for you). so what?
