Unfortunately they have discontinued the unit and there is no cloud services any longer.

This clouded my thinking. 

I use Avail and have used Tenant Cloud in the past as well as Zillow to run ads.

Has anyone heard of Tenant Cloud?

Basically, there is a huge difference in the eyes f the court between a word document that you type up on your computer in layman's terms and an official legal document drawn up by a professional, and in the words of the lawyer who gave me the advice "any half-wit ambulance-chaser can tear that thing up without breaking a sweat."

- know your guy's track record, credit status, etc well before getting involved- always be in first position on the title- have a title search done prior for liens, clouds; use a RE attorney to draw up the paperwork- heed his advice!
