I really enjoy the concept of "creative financing" as saving money can be super difficult and slow in this climate, with inflation so high and INFALTION ADJUSTED interest rates at a low, its almost as I can make more money via borrowing instead of holding cash!

@Rossitza IovtchevaThere are many other reasons to invest in Mexico and, in my humble opinion, it's the best time ever to do it for a slew of reasons on top of those you mentioned, the main ones being a rising middle class, a booming tourism industry, a growing number of visitors beyond tourism (remote workers, expats and retirees), the best possible regulatory climate for short-term rentals, much lower prices and costs, diversification and asset protection.

Great place to buy, population growth is strong, wage growth is strong, the climate is easy on homes (no hurricanes, snow, etc.) and it's a fairly landlord friendly state.
