Yea, life gets messy, but your actions follow you for a long time. 

It gets messy when it's based on my personal income and assets, since they're spread over several countries, some of which don't have any credit reporting system at all and very different financial and ownership systems. 

This gets messy in magistrate court where the seller can much much more easily claim fraud, being hood winked, manipulated.  

I went to go see the houses and found that one of the tenants keeps the house really messy and doesnt have furniture.

Once all that mess is done and you decide to sell your property and move on, thats the only money you can get out of it after loosing everything.

I'm always getting such a deal that if the furnace or plumbing is a mess, I wouldn't walk away from the house anyway, so I just chance it.I'm mostly interested in making sure the foundation is ok and check the attic to see if it's full of mold.

We spread compost once in a while on the entire lawn, pretty messy work though:-) It isnt enough though, have to supplement it with store bought fertilizers, but probably not as much as our neighbors..

She was just a seriously messy person.

You don't want any more messiness or complication than necessary.

This mess is so complicated and you can spin it so many different ways depending on your particular view is.
