If I had to I’d walk dogs, babysit, door dash delivery my way to enough extra cash to make another payment or two or 3, and not take the 100k discount just because it’s hard. 

So, long story short, it's good to have an accompanying site for your properties, there are valuable uses for it and you are running a business and every business should have a website in this day and age, but don't expect it to delivery any sort of significant traffic or bookings unless you are in non-saturated STR market.  

Actually no proof of delivery of the Notice of Intent to Accelerate is required although it is standard practice to send via certified and regular mail. 

As a heads up, their supply chain is pretty stressed so order/delivery dates vary and can be long.
