Any way, for a short term, as long as you got a title search/committment showing only the mtg, not a lot to worry about, unless of course some past heir/title holder pops out of the wood work with the  "my name was forged, yada, yada" and you'll be out in a few months.

JMOThere is clearly good money to be made in putting up siding - I have tyvek on the house now pending insulation and siding - "contractors" are coming out of the woodwork wanting to know who is doing my siding.

I was planning to have the electrical installed first so that their tools will work,  then install plumbing lines and toilets so that the wood workers and drywall people can have electric and a bathroom.

This does not happen without a fair bit of moderately skilled woodworking and tiling labor on my part.

I do expect previously non-respondents to come out of the woodwork NOW and explain why this survey is tilted or wrong.

Back in 2008-2009 you couldn't find a wholesaler now they are coming out the woodwork.

If you lock a property up for the right price buyers will come out of the woodwork..

If they do start touching things, I ask them to please keep their hands off the walls and the woodwork... so often told to me when I was a child! 

When you aspire to do sometime, to become someone, all types of people will come out of the wood work to project their own fears on you...ACT in spite of this fear!
