I started doing some Facebook ads, but I am wondering what metrics I should be looking at/for?

I am very interested in real estate investing and flipping (I have a decent amount of construction experience) I was wondering what some good resources are to look at when evaluating a property, especially in the Dayton / Cincinnati area.  

We've been extremely lucky with our first tenant- she is wonderful.

I think it's probably less common here but I've often wondered about how difficult it would be to convert a detached garage, etc. on a property from a legal standpoint.

At that point, I am wondering if that's worthy our time.

1) I am wondering if it's doable to manage a condo/town house with tenants when I am out of state seasonal 9 months per year. 

Since my current strategy is BRRRR, I'm looking for a location where I can implement it successfully within my budget.I’d prefer to target the best neighborhoods or subdivisions I can afford, ideally with favorable eviction laws and other key factors.That said, I started wondering if there might be a better strategy to achieve my goals.

I'm wondering if what question you want to be asking is "What lending sources are available to me?

The place I’m looking at has all employees and a wonderful couple who has owned it for about 30 years.
