If this is true, the good news is that the property is worth more than the loan balance. 

This is the only way we've found that LPs can feel safe enough to share their true experiences - good, bad, and ugly. 

The irony is most who post in these forums about entity formation and asset protection are solely concerned with preparedness for when claims arise without understanding the true ramifications, don't know the difference between being a certificate holder and additional insured status,  what indemnification means etc.

This is especially true with single family homes.

Since this approach relies primarily on true documentation rather than estimates, it is typically the most accurate.

This may be controversial, but "true passive income" in my opinion is one thing and one thing only.
