If the tenant reports to the city that the space isn't properly vented/heated/cooled or the right color (just joking on that one) you will probably end up with a visit from an inspector.Thank you for the helpful reply!

As far as someone who is not had much experience turning a unit, there are things, simple things such as paint sheen, and paint color that can be a positive or a negative for the rental.
