Many people will say that 1 unit condos in associations are not great deals because of some things like the association fees, limitations to adding to the structure and stagnant values.

Sometimes the quality of the tenant base can differ based on where the apartment is located, but there are always plenty of people responding to ads. 

If the formatting has changed it may due to adding photos or correcting spelling after the post was submitted to this forum by the template.

I'm looking to add doors, but it's a hot market still here, so thinking keep it moving until things slow down and prices drop then return to adding long term doors.Thoughts?

For future leases, just put a clause that the any vehicle must be registered and insured, short and sweet.If you want a lean to added to the side of your shed (assuming it is wood), he could help cover the costs for that with the understanding that it is yours and he can't take it down when he leaves, but he can park his bike under it while he lives there. 

Not looking forward to adding the additional expense to my bottom line but I guess it'll be better in the long term.  

I know there is some quoted text within the bill, but I'm wonder if anyone has a "cliff notes" version of all the the provisions which need to added. 

You likely couldn’t get final plat approval, and have new legally subdivided lots eligible to sell Until an acceptable toad is in.....let alone trying to people to buy with no toad or utilities.
