@Steve Borawski if she is threatening to other tenants they can get an order of protection against her.  

Threaten to file a complaint with the Bar Association for sloppy work, and with the State Society of CPA's against the Syndicator's CPA firm.Basically, throw your frustration and doubt back at them, because they caused it by not being upfront with you.  

I'm not a banker, but this would seem to me to threaten the solvency of some banks, who would be more than happy to foreclose and sell for a good price.

I get a judgement and execution and contact the local constable.After a month or two, if they don't pay they get summonsed to a payment hearing.If they don't show, now the constable threatens to arrest them if they don't pay.Just collected 5k judgement doing this.Good luck

If they refuse to leave, do what you threatened to do in #2 and get it over with, correctly.

@Denise EvansUpdate:About a week after sending a certified letter to the heir threatening an ejection lawsuit, I got a call from the tax collector’s office saying the owner wanted to redeem.

Threatening to sue me, beat me up, burn down the building, etc etc (ALL caught on camera) would like to remove her after this. 

My insurance company was threatening to cancel my policy due to the fire escape issue.

Now he sends awful text messages (I will gladly send them to you), with screen shots of all the money he has in the bank, threatening to “crush us in court”.

And similar clauses neatly tucked away that appear very non threatening.
