I will not make you feel any less than the champion you are.But I have to agree with a few of the others you.As wholesalers we look for discounted properties and not a list of absentee owners.

Some good things about condos are they cost less than homes, they often offer amenities like a pool and tennis/Pickleball courts, the monthly fees may include water, trash and some CAPEX like roof and exterior painting.  

She also has an excellent podcast and is a champion of time management.
