A QuickBooks Online Simple Start subscription can easily perform this. 

The new trend they started a couple years back of arbitrarily needing to raise the annual subscription fee $100 each year to "provide the best service" would fit into this also

However, with tracking of rents and occupancy, I can at least ballpark pricing of a property in markets that I know. is that a paid for subscription ??

I recent purchased Brandon Turner's book through my Audible subscription.  

Aside from being referred an accountant, I don’t feel I am receiving much value from this subscription.  

For some I did have to use my subscription to MyREIPro.

I'd urge anyone who's going to buy a multi-hundred-thousand-dollar asset to throw down $100 (or whatever it costs) to get the full data.If I didn't already have a full AirDNA subscription, I'd be advising my Colorado STR clients to do so. 

@Mary Ciccarelli You actually do not need 2 QBO subscriptions to do the bookkeeping for all of your deals even if you have a separate partner on each one.

As a general rule, each entity that files a separate tax return (partnership, s-corp, c-corp, etc) will need its own QBO subscription.
