Hello,I was wondering if anyone has participated in the Philadelphia tax foreclosure auction recently and how long it has taken you to receive the deed?

The college has lots of students, and the surrounding areas have some wealth.

But there's also lots of people out there that are being dishonest and not following through on their promise to their students, which in the end just hurts the investors themselves and other investors that are considering coaching because they assume everyone is the same. 

For our next play we want to get into a single or multi-family, and preferably participate in what seems like a booming market in Florida. 

Its a big house and I dont see if being a student housing rental.

Just like this new wholesaling law.. you will have many listen to wholesale gurus who will never mention which states have these regulations they may make a small mention about legality but they will take the money first and worry second about their students.

He has pretty much no support - it's just him, no group or ways to connect with other students.   

I assume it would be easier to offer student housing before the spring semester, but I don't think I'm ready for that.

This guy needs to be held accountable for everything he participated in.

About 4 or 5 years ago I had some students who were in violation of this policy.
