Interesting about the wind-down structure, I'll look into that more. some existing HMLs that don't have cooperating banks right now and probably would be glad to have it.  

I have been working on creating more passive RE opportunities and have come across a unique equity financing structure.

The property next to me is a 1 acre lot, it has a Well, Septic and Power, but no structure.

Well I may not be the most seasoned in the world but my wife and I have established processes that work for us.
