Millenials are not as bad (I am a millenial), but honestly every single age group we have is super needy.  

Use census and trend data to evaluate overall markets - population growth, age, job growth, industry diversification etc.

At age 65, retire with a cool $3.6 million. 

If my clients are over the age of 55 there is about a 50% chance they are moving out of state to retire so I am interview other agents pretty much every week.

Can anyone suggest a few towns that have workable or less stringent regulations?
