Job growth stimulates population growth, which imbalances the demand side of the supply/demand dynamic.

I want to help stimulate communities which have been neglected and which would benefit from having distressed houses purchased by someone like myself, fixed up, and sold to a new beginning family for an affordable price.

It is purely fictional and posed as a challenge to stimulate the mind into more creative ways to boost anyone's current real estate sales.Let's say you want to purchase a house for yourself.

I believe those people who currently run their own groups could benefit (if they cared to hear what investors really want), as could anyone who might be interested in just setting up some kind of local group of their own.I hope people continue to drop by this discussion to share more details about things like club format (what's good and bad), club meeting frequency, agenda, and so on.This thread could really benefit a LOT of people, but we need more folks chiming in with their thoughts.If you've taken the time to read this discussion, please do leave some feedback.I started this thread because I think things need to change at real estate clubs, and hoped we could stimulate ways to do that.

In an effort to stimulate repairs and sales in neighborhoods hard hit by the housing crisis and recession, the FHA waived its standard prohibition against financing short-term house flips.

I'd rather be in something more manageable, nice, in a location that will be able to stimulate me and all my free time.

The world also needs doctors and engineers and scientists and lawyers all which get paid a lot better and offer far more stimulating work environments.

Everywhere and in every neighborhood situations happen that stimulate people to sell.
