Every time the job would take away the overtime, I would be at a financial stand still and thus, would not have the ability to build onto my RE portfolio. 

The city is mulling over a proposal that could limit how many unrelated occupants can live in certain areas, so at the moment student housing is at a bit of a standstill.

Rates are starting to trend down and home prices have hit a little bit of a standstill.

There have been a plethora of opinions and heated discussions surrounding this topic, which unfortunately leaves newbies like me at a standstill.
