You never know who will have an amazing idea or spark off an idea that was not considered.

Sorry if I am not much help just trying to ignite some thoughts to spark and idea.

I know my real estate agent buddies in the Phoenix area have connections to people that either have the money to invest or can find the money to invest so I would rather focus on the first step first and worry about the easy part later.My goal is to have a $2.1 million portfolio within the next 10 years so that i can say that i was able to get a bigger portfolio than the investor that sparked my fire and of course to set a seemingly unrealistic (for now) goal that i know is achievable in this industry after listening to Devan McClish on episode #180.HERE'S WHAT I NEED FROM YOU-I need advice and feedback on my first draft of my postcard!

Improved education and a taste of success seem to be the keys to spark interest in many of the stories I've heard.

The worst part--the last guy swore to me it wasn't MLM and that he was being mentored by some local serial entrepreneur who is looking for young, ambitious millennials with 'that spark' in them. 

What sparked your interest in real estate investing? 

This sparked in the neighborhood where they built the stadium a bunch of gentrification and run up in prices in that general vicinity.
