The deal sounded good at the beginning but thought it included his fee and it didn't so he's tacking on his 20% on every bill. 

There was a great feed the other day with about 35 awful pieces of advice which mostly noted: "quit claim deed the property"...

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

I spoke with a representative from Elite and everything sounds good.
