Fees can certainly impact how the "true split" really looks at the end of the day.

I find it continues to impact their algorithms as they continue to figure out how to attract hosts and guests and it further proliferates and already saturated market.  

The shorter the prepayment term has an impact on increasing the rate.4.

Just remember to factor in management fees, vacancy rates, maintenance, and capital expenditures, as these can really impact your cash flow.
