Is it similar to Savannah / Tybee where new STR's can only be in certain zoning areas and there is a waitlist for applications?

Are you aware of similar platforms for secured notes with lower dollar amount entry levels for passive investing? 

So there's no point in having an out of state LLC in that scenario.I would imagine other states have similar laws, but I do not know for sure.
