When friends are over, they would showcase the property like a expensive painting.There has been heavy investing in Toledo from China and the Middle East.I think those to areas would be an ideal target market for such a product.I have never done or attempted to do such a deal so my comments are based on what some of my more experienced partners where playing around with.Thanks and have a great day.

@Brandon Turner @Mindy JensenI’ve been torn between building web site or building Facebook page and I thought it’d be great (even if we had to pay for it) to be able to share our BP profile to non members such as bankers and vendors to showcase the deals we’ve done and what we’re about.

Check out the podcasts which showcases members who did very well while working a full time job.

If you're able to get into a larger complex you won't have as much competition and you might be able to show case your father's former projects to investors who will see the demand for what he's doing on higher end rentals.

I prepared a letter of explanation with the desired outcome of setting a call or meeting to discuss but before I send the letter out what other tips or documents should I enclose to showcase my legitimacy as a buyer and my seriousness specific to this property?
