Does anyone have a good tax person in Los Angeles area with a sharp pencil who is reasonable $$$ wise?

The architectural style of the house makes it challenging to put gutters around the front roofline  due to some overhangs ( 2 on each side of the house that goes straight out in a rectangular shape like an inverted U shape but with sharp straight corners and there’s 1 middle overhang that’s like an inverted V shape that is also attached to the roofline and come straight out of the front so  rain water will come from those as the overhang covers a portion of the front and will kind of serve as an extension of the roofline. 

Sorry, but a sharp agent will walk all over Mom.Does Mom know how to vet a buyer *before* accepting an offer? 

It is driven by mortgage rates and tenors available to buyers.As rates decreased over 30 years, most markets where supply is limited have seen a sharp decline in affordability.

Getting advice on a site like this while there are some super sharp folks here.. others will want you to sell and buy low end rentals other markets so you can get 10%  LOL.. you could also talk to syndicators..
