I FOUND THIS DEAL THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH I WAS TELLING DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN MY CIRCLE I WAS READY TO BUY AND LONG BEHOLD A BUDDY OF MINES WHO IS A REALTOR PRESENTED ME THE DEAL AND LET ME MEET THE OWNER WE HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION AS HE TOURED THE PROPERTY WITH ME HE EXPLAINED HE HAD HIGHER OFFERS BUT BECAUSE HE SEE IM A YOUNG GUY DOING THE RIGHT THING HE REALLY WANTED TO SELL IT TO ME AND THE REST IS HISTORY !

Until whoever is sending you these opportunities has the conversation with you on how much you'd like to make on a deal, how you figure your ARV and how you plan a rehab/ costs they are likely going to continue sending you opportunities you won't find too appealing.

They should be proactively communicating with you as to why they can't find a tenant and discussing options with you.PM's do get busy, so before firing them, try to have an open conversation to find out why it took so long and what can be done to rent faster in the future.
