So here's a real life  question. 

It is more expensive to buy in Chandler, but I have been moving East this entire time and every time I go a little bit more East I find the tenants are that much better and life is just easier. 

When you move out you begin to experience POSITIVE CASH FLOW in which your tenants help you buy the property.....where eventually you own it out right, and now it becomes like a pension..........Predictable and Sustainable income for life.   

I'll be bouncing back and forth between the two cities over the next four months before I move in order to get life set up and trying to learn the city... and hopefully find my next project. 

I had enough food to get by.And I had to deal with a worldwide pandemic slowing down the economy when it came time to list my house.But life has a great way of balancing out the good and bad.

It frees you up to focus on living your life and acquiring more property.

I have learned a lot from this situation which I will take into not only my investing business but my life overall.  

I've been a real estate investor my entire life, doing my first deal as a senior in high school ($5,000 mobile home).

I did not do a separate criminal background check as I trusted the info from Zillow (Big lesson learned never to trust the Zillow data again in life).
