Seems like the deals have been all over the place lately.

I've narrowed down the best return for my money in this market to a 2 bed/2 bath (with top tier amenities) - about 500 total 2/2 listings.I'm finding myself a bit stuck when analyzing why certain properties are making so much higher than the average listings when they seem to have very similar locations, amenities, style, flow of home, beds/# of people they sleep, reviews, number of reviews, etc.

The fact they told you this through customer service makes it seem pretty accurate. 

That makes sense it seems much less competitive so easier to negotiate.

At least comparatively to properties in California, Washington, Montana and Idaho, investors seemingly still get a lot of value for their capital. 

Seems to me it would be a bit complicated with any sort of lending.

If you find someone that seems to know a lot of people needing your services, wouldn’t it make sense to focus more resources on them?
