This is such a safety hazard it's not even funny!

Many cities allow short-term rentals of primary residences as long as certain conditions are met, such as obtaining a business license and meeting safety requirements.

Safety come when the société is balance in his social-economic aspect.A lot of opinion in this subject sound GREEDY AND ÉLITISTE. 

Razors, tweezers, Q-tips, cottonballs, contact cases, travel sized shampoos and soaps etc etc.All of those things get used but cost very little to provide.

Keep in mind these are razor thin margins in areas were retails sales are slow and or basically never sell for what you think they will sell for.. they always sell for less. 

@Rob Bergeron are these going to be section 8 type inspections or will they be more of just a safety check?

My investor only had to do repairs from the section 8 inspection that he normally would need to do for the safety of his tenants. 

There are many benefits with section 8 in order for the tenant to be placed in one of my properties they go through a process with the committee then when living in the property they need to abide by lease rules and keep the property in shape, if major damage is made or neglect to the property by the tenant they may losE their voucher from section 8, so it’s a very good idea to go this route and food for thought you always know your property is up to date safety wise and livable with annually inspections.
