Highly agree with Nathan - Buildium is a Nightmare to use for STR, it is not appropriate at all and prone to a lot of errors due to the sheer number of manual items that need to be adjusted in there. 

You can work for someone else, and they'll teach you the lessons they learned the hard way or teach yourself through trial and error, but it will cost you headaches, time, and money.

Hey Harrison,I have almost two months or so in this real estate wholesaling journey (which basically makes me a rookie as well) and also graduated from college back in April from computer science, but I can tell you that this industry is much more appealing due to its potential.

Once I found the right group, it became an invaluable resource for learning, sharing experiences, and growing my network.It might take a bit of trial and error, but if you find one that clicks, it can be really worth it!

Looking back I made some clear very expensive rookies mistakes and learnt them the hard way.
