Man as much tourists dollars as that county takes in, more fees are absolutely ridiculous!  

As for auctions- now that there's HML and everyone and their mother thinks they are a real estate investor, auctions are mostly ridiculous.

As you know, houses are so cheap in Mississippi it is hard to get regular mortgages without paying ridiculous closing costs.

It is usually a month or two between court hearings over the most ridiculous of things.

There are obviously fake accounts offering ridiculous terms that stand out like a flashing neon billboard.Also, the countermeasures are pretty simple: "Don't pay anyone for ANYTHING up front!"

They then decide one day to sell and throw these ridiculously low maintanance costs out on their proformas not understanding how they sucked the life out of their assets. 

I cannot afford  and will never want to learn to use The Mortgage Office software.Thanks.BTW, that is ridiculous in this day & age a servicer having a poor portal.

I have called to discuss their ridiculous offer.

Those that respond “$0” or something ridiculous, you can request income documentation from them to justify.Don’t be afraid to share with them how much your property taxes & Insurance increased and that YOU cannot afford to absorb them.ALWAYS get an increase or something of value annually when rents are increasing or tenants will start thinking they should never have an increase, making future increases that much more difficult to negotiate.

Colorado Springs property tax seems ridiculously low compared to Austin and its surrounding areas.
