I have the opportunity of going to college (being a finance major to work in RE), working a job (maybe), and being a realtor, but I feel my time would be well spent being a realtor full-time and getting valuable experience in the real estate arena.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions that I haven't seen to rework this without moving so many walls.

No way I could have kept up my W2 job and RE work while my kids were home. 

We brought in the electrician that we should have used from the start to rework the project. 

You'll end up spending more money on holding costs and re-work than just hiring a GC.

Have extensive resume and projects completed.Am currently finding projects in DFW that others are missing as we understand how to re-design/re-work/extend/upgrade and do the work etc (not flip) to release significant equity. 

We ultimately fired him for poor workmanship (light switches popping out sockets, bad paint job, bad tile work etc) and damages to our expensive materials (nicks and dings to expensive kitchen cabinets) which requires extensive rework.
