It makes sense for Airbnb/VRBO's algorithm to shoot new listings to the top of the search ranks to "reward" new hosts for coming on the platform.

You are very brave for doing this, but it sounds like a rewarding adventure! 

A lot of times the contract period is actually when an agents expertise and experience is the most valuable to a buyer.

In addition to my real estate expertise, I’ve spent years building and collaborating with property management companies.

You should be able to get a good feel for their knowledge and expertise through digital resources they provide (webinars, youtube videos, social content) Character - You need to believe they have your best in mind and they prioritize it.

And things could still get rockier, but hopefully your expertise and seasoned investments mean your overall risk profile is very low.

Great post @Don Miller , we have spoken about this situation before and although frustrating the reward will be worth the wait.

If there were no risk there would not be a reward of building wealth.
