Any experience with reputable self storage and mobile home park syndicators?

My guess is the 10% mark up because that's far less than any reputable GC will charge for their services. 

Wow I personally have never heard of a reputable lender HML not requiring title insurance. does that really happen out there in the wild ??? 

To protect my reputation in the biz and the capital of my investors, having a coach on board is a MUST. 

There's no reason for me to ruin anyone's reputation.

Great neighborhood, great school district, big house, rehab done very nicely (may be biased) working with a very reputable well known agent and it’s been sitting on market now for 40 days even with a price drop.

People in the industry who have had money/reputation on the line.

The poor broker who gets scammed is not only out a lot of money but their reputation is going to suffer big time as their borrowers info is now all out on the Dark Web..

There is also the local knowledge of a market like here in Lake Tahoe where lending can be trickier so an offer with a local lender might get chosen because they have a reputation to get a deal done vs a national lender that can have more red tape and a slower process. 

I did basically push one incompetent appraiser out of the San Diego market because his appraisals were so bad he was getting the reputation he deserved (I won 2 large appeals and he left when I was appealing a third which sucked for me).
