I just had a buyer that I was representing put a FSBO under contract.

The listing agent represents the seller first and is charged with getting them the highest price.

This would be a non-issue with a competent listing agent representing you.

I strongly  encourage to share this information  and write an email and letter to as many state representatives and the governor to veto this bill or reverse  it.AB 2424 (Schiavo)

If not, then you should hire an attorney for this I'm the agent representing myself in this transaction and it is my first transaction so just want to make sure I get everything right. 

Not willing to do owner financing.You can use any title co you'd like, my title company will represent my side- so dont bother with funny business.
