A lot of investors when they start to scale keep the numbers, but don't recognize the duds in the bunch.

TX state statute recognizes Options, but seems most title companies and attnys are ignorant of the law, sad to say.

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.

Success is most influenced by persistently applying proven concepts...it takes an informed plan over time.

This is actually one of the main reasons many agents and investors may not like them generally speaking (they are often not serious professionals with a proven track record of success, the vast majority are struggling to find their first deal and are time-wasters to interact with).   

This, I recognize, is a consequence of my decision to go Section 8 versus other avenues. 

It’s proven very effective and just makes good common sense.
