Calling the appraiser to see what you can do to push it up a "C-Level" would be smart before doing any reno also, might only need a few things to make it far more valuable in the eyes of the bank.I've heard of a tactic for figuring out demand, which is to put up a dummy or coming soon listing on facebook marketplace and see the amount of activity you get on it. 

It is good to learn about but I think it is not the wisest to overly push the idea of creative finance, not that BP is necessarily doing that, I was just explaining likely motive behind why they want people to read that book first

What would push the needle for you as a broker to confidently move forward with a buyer in the process of acquiring a building?

He was really pushing me to invest by a certain date to lock in my price before the share price went up.

@Rick Albert   I may get a lot of push back from the team but I split my utilities on my ADU the conventional way....each dwelling has its own meter for water, electric and gas. 

It is pushed over and over and over, especially on social channels and from service providers, and often interchanged with other terms and defined differently constantly, but mentioned again and again. 

I have been screwed out of funds by home owners and I have received "tips" from home owners so it all works out in the wash for me.

Not all sellers provide that but I would push for it.

With that kind of sentiment from the city, the application to build a 6.9 million square foot expansion of the Hoffman Town Center, which is what the lots are all currently zoned for, is highly likely to be approved by the end of the year, possibly pushed to 7.6 million square feet, and will be completed over the next decade.

@Paul AzadI have no idea how their funds are doing but in speaking with people in the space several GP’s are trying to push a fund right now to survive the next 3-5 years and raise capital before they lose most of the LP’s funds as once that happens raising $ will be near impossible I am not saying this is the case in this instance and cannot comment on the above, just sharing some common industry knowledge on what some are doing
