Hello all,Business is going well, and most of you know me as an investor focused Realtor in Omaha and in the next couple months I have the amazing opportunity to scale that business exponentially as the Acquisitions Director for an amazing Real Estate Company (more info to publish later) but I am actually seeking recommendations for a good real estate tax professional who serves the Omaha area.Basically I am already formed as S Corp but I am forming an LLC (potentially under my S Corp) with myself and the contractors I work hand in hand with to renovate properties with the intent of serving under one "legal" roof when we assist investors in finding and renovating properties for investors and want to make sure we set ourselves up as strong as possible.Any recommendations?

I have another one under remodeling that I plan to do as a short term rental (no experience yet, but this house is next door to my home).I have a dedicated website that I maintain myself where I publish the details, applications etc, also list it on zillow and do the screening through mysmartmove.

Some counties and states do not publish criminal information so you have to go to every county to search.If there are any red flags, I will conduct a Google search of the individual's name and the city/state they've lived in according to their application and their credit report.

Please- come up with objective screening processes and criteria and publish them on your ad.

I think even if BP self-published, at huge expense, "THE ULTIMATE VIDEO COURSE TO STARTING IN REAL ESTATE" and stuck it under the LEARN tab, a large number of people would still just automatically click on FORUMS and continue to do what they do now.

Conwell:I've been researching for about a 2 weeks now, listening to over 100  biggerpockets podcasts, I'm starting to read How to Invest In Real Estate from BP Publishing after finishing Rich Dad Poor Dad, even though I'm starting to feel more comfortable and confident.

Bottom line is the borrower must have a good deal.I’ve published our process in more detail here a few times over the years.
