Didn’t talk to me about the product or service as the advertisement claimed it was all about the consumer and being helpful, providing value, etc. 

However, if you intend to work with a hard money lender or utilize a short-term loan product, you're on the clock for repayment, which can be stressful if things go sideways. 

And there is a lot of superior options out there in both product and methodology. 

If there was a mortgage product that was the same as whatever you have now (same interest rate and duration, same company, closing costs, etc.) everything EXACTLY THE SAME EXCEPT that it also functioned like a line of credit, ie. you can put all of your income toward it, but still get your money out to pay bills - would you want that or no?

I can assure you that the more you learn regarding these products, the easier it is to help all of your clients.

That’s less about the numbers and more about developing a niche and understanding your product.

I also met the Wagner and the Nolasco team in person in their Orlando office, and they seem to care about delivering a quality product in a timely fashion.  

Wouldn't hurt to look in to both to give yourself the best chance at finding the best loan product. 

I'm hopeful we can find more productive ways with less red tape in the future outside of LIHTC leveraging technology since standard construction really could use an overhaul.
